Mediation

Our mediators bring to the mediation process the skills which they have honed in their legal practices, including thorough preparation, objective risk analysis, commercial awareness and an in depth knowledge of litigation, combined with mediation and negotiation skills and a wide experience both as mediators and as representatives in mediation.

The disputes they mediate reflect the wide range of practice areas at Serle Court, covering disputes in the fields of company law, contractual disputes, charities, employment, private client trusts and probate, banking and financial services, ICT, intellectual property, private international law, partnership and property.
